I interviewed several realtors before I decided to put my house on the market, but just didn’t feel comfortable for one reason or another. When I was introduced to Bill, I knew he would be the right person for the job. His professionalism and personality made this ‘adventure’ a pleasant experience. My house sold in three days and he patiently showed me many houses in several different neighborhoods, until he found me a house that satisfied just about everything on my wish list. I had decided to sell my house and had been thinking about moving off Long Island to a place that is more affordable. I had prepared to spend some money to fix the house up including fixing a garage that was about to fall down. Bill told me not to do anything until he did some research. I had already spoken to a couple of other agents but Bill came back with much more information and a plan that didn't include $5,000 to knock down the garage. He felt the house could sell for $300,000 but all I needed was $285,000. After the first weekend he got multiple offers some over my asking price. He advised me on which offer was the best which wound up being a $290,000 offer. He then negotiated for an additional $5,000 for a $295,000 as is offer without knocking down the garage. Bill's attention to detail, professionalism, and his responsiveness made the whole process less stressful and created a smooth transaction. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

William (Bill) is a very good real estate agent. He went the extra mile for me when I was going threw the process of purchasing my multi family home. Bill is very easy to talk to and did not push me into making an offer on any home. Bill is very precise when it comes to showing you homes. Every property that we saw (at least 15) Bill got there early before the scheduled time ready to go with a copy of the property details for me. He also put together comps for me of properties in the area when I asked him to. I refer Bill to friends and family and will continue to do so. Thanks again.
